Citrus MakerSpace operates under The Business Center for Citrus County, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our bylaws govern how the organization operates and makes decisions.

About Our Organization

Citrus MakerSpace (CMS) is a DBA (doing business as) under The Business Center for Citrus County, Inc. CMS is:

  • A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
  • Funded by grants and contributions from other non-profits, public entities, and the public
  • A volunteer organization run by an Advisory Committee
  • Not funded directly or indirectly by any governmental subdivision

The Chair of the Advisory Committee will always be a member of the Board of Directors of the 501(c)(3).
